Stovell’s UK

ESTD. 2012
Founded by celebrated Chef Patron Fernando Stovell,
Stovell’s UK was born from a vision to create an experience where exceptional cuisine meets heritage, craft, and authenticity. After an extensive search across Surrey, Fernando discovered the charm and timeless beauty of a 16th-century Tudor farmhouse in Chobham. There, Stovell’s opened its doors, offering an intimate dining experience where contemporary European cuisine met the vibrant soul of modern Mexican gastronomy.
Driven by a passion for excellence, the kitchen at Stovell’s championed sustainable, locally sourced produce, prepared over wood fire with precision and care by a dedicated team of chefs. The front of house, equally accomplished, delivered a warm yet refined service that reflected the restaurant's ethos. The restaurant soon became a culinary destination, earning accolades including:
- Waitrose Good Food Guide: Restaurant of the Year (South East)
- Waitrose Good Food Guide: Chef of the Year
- Four prestigious AA Rosettes
- Listed among the Top 100 Restaurants in the UK by multiple respected publications
- Featured in the Michelin Guide since its inception
